120. (Revoked).
120. In the case of a guarantee submitted in accordance with subparagraph 6 of the first paragraph of section 115, where the third person is a legal person, a certified copy of the resolution or internal by-law authorizing the signatory to offer the guarantee and establish a hypothec shall be submitted to the Minister.
